Andersen Smart Homes is a new smart home residential construction company in St. John's, Newfoundland. We focus on advice, supply, installation and education for smart home products that can be used in a residential setting. We pride ourselves in making smart home technology accessible and easy to use. We believe smart home technology can add convenience, peace of mind and security to anyone, regardless of their current technological abilities.

Andersen Smart Homes is a licensed electrical contractor in the city of St. John's. We are also an insured contractor with 2 million dollars in liability insurance. 

Paul Andersen, Owner

Paul holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University. He has a long-standing interest in smart technology after seeing it deployed in the workforce and in multiple residential homes. Paul excels in his teaching people of all technological backgrounds to use smart home technology. Whether that be something as simple as turning off a light with a cellphone or setting up advanced morning routines.
